Oussama Abdallah, DBA, CPA

Oussama Abdallah has led SCIC since May 2013, supporting individuals and small businesses with accounting, tax and financial management.
A Chartered Professional Accountant with a Doctorate in Administration specializing in accounting from Université de Sherbrooke, he has also served as an Assistant Professor at the Royal Military College of Canada since August 2023.
His experience includes financial analyst roles at IPEX (2009–2013) and the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (2008), and an accounting role at SNC-Lavalin (2009). From 2016 to 2018, he served as a school commissioner representing the parents’ committee at the Commission scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys, contributing to its audit and ethics and governance committees.
