These checklists are starting points. The firm will confirm which records are needed for your circumstances.

Individuals

• Applicable tax slips and statements.
• Notices of assessment and previous returns, if requested.
• Receipts and information for relevant deductions and credits.
• Changes to family circumstances, residence or income.

Businesses

• Available accounting records and trial balances.
• Bank and credit card statements, invoices and receipts.
• Payroll records and GST/QST information.
• Loan, fixed asset and previous filing records.

Use your Onvio client portal for confidential documents. Contact the firm if you have not received an invitation.
